What data. Your email address, your name if you enter it, your company name, website, branding (colours, logo) and the links and photos you provide for a film. For a payment we store the amount, reference and status. Adyen processes your payment details; we never see them.

What for. To sign you in, make and deliver your films, keep track of your balance and email you about your own orders. We send no newsletters and sell nothing on.

Signing in. We do not use passwords. A sign-in link works for 20 minutes and only once. We only set a functional session cookie and a language cookie; no tracking or advertising cookies.

Fetching branding. If you ask us to fetch your branding, we only read the public homepage of the website you enter.

Retention. Your films and data stay in your account as long as it exists. To have your account and films removed, email studio@promofilm.tv.

Where. Everything is stored on our own servers in the Netherlands and Germany.
