What do I need to order a film?
A link to a public listing or product page with good photos. No page? Upload your own photos with a short description.
How long does it take?
That depends on volume and the number of films. You see each film's status in your account and get an email when your order is ready.
Which formats do I get?
Both by default: 1920×1080 (16:9) for website and YouTube and 1080×1920 (9:16) for Reels, Shorts and Stories, as MP4.
Can the price stay off screen?
Yes. Set it once as a default and change it per order.
What is the label in the bottom right of the film?
AI helps create the footage and the voice. We say so honestly with a small "AI helped generating" label. Our logo sits small and transparent in the top left.
How do I sign in?
Without a password. Enter your email address and you get a sign-in link that works for 20 minutes.
What if a film is not right?
Every film is checked before it goes out. If a film cannot be made, the credit goes back to your balance.
